Following Anat Hoffman’s arrest at the Kotel on Tuesday, October 16th, she was interviewed online and subsequently participated in a Q&A session set up by Pro-Zion, the UK Zionist Movement for Progressive Judaism.Anat was arrested during a prayer service at the Kotel for saying Sh’ma Israel aloud and for wearing a tallit. United Church of Canada calls for Israeli boycott

Statement from ARZENU following new Kotel-arrest

ARZENU, the International Federation of Reform and Progressive Zionists, deeply regrets the detention of four women during Rosh Chodesh prayers at the Kotel this morning (December 14), on suspicion that they might “disturb the peace and offend others”, and the confiscation of tallitot.
